Want learn more about UX, user experience studies and usability?
There is a great opportunity in Washington D.C. to learn about user experience studies from professionals and get in contact with researchers. The conference takes place in April, 14-15, 2017 at the Washington Hilton hotel.
From the website: "UX practices are changing and expanding across public, private, nonprofit, and associations—influenced and informed by more types of expertise than ever before. When it comes to UX in the upcoming months, learning from one another at interactive events is a critical component of keeping up with an ever-changing field"
Our presentation is about, "A Next-Generation Augmented Reality Platform for Mass Casualty Incidents". We, Dr. Fatih Demir and Dr. Isa Jahnke, University of Missouri-Columbia, will present the results from user experience and usability study. The study has been conducted in our IE Lab (https://ielab.missouri.edu) together with Dr. Prasad Calyam and his team, and Dr. Salman Ahmad.
